The album “CRYSTERIA” opens a new chapter in CRYSTAL BALL’s history. In their 3rd decade, the band is far from just repeating itself, and you can find new, fresh, and energetic elements in their music. CRYSTAL BALL’s new guitar player Peter Berger also contributed many songs and ideas to this album. He was a very refreshing and motivating input. The album features the vocal duet “Call Of The Wild” with Ronnie Romero (Rainbow, MSG) whom the band got to know at a festival in Switzerland in 2018.

Agarthic “The Inner Side”

Frontiers Music Srl is pleased to announce the signing of the new Italian symphonic metal band Agarthic to the label’s roster. “The Inner Side” is the band’s debut album, which was recorded in 2020 under the direction of producer Aldo Lonobile (Secret Sphere, Archon Angel, Timo Tolkki’s Avalon, etc.). Based in Northern Italy, Agarthic was founded in 2019 by composer and bassist Mattia Gosetti and vocalist Valeriano De Zordo. The two musicians, tied by a strong friendship, had already worked together several times over the past years, but mostly just some shows and theatrical performances and never a proper band.

The band’s line up is rounded out by two other talented Italian musicians, Jesai Fiabane on guitar and Denis Novello on drums.

Agarthic’s music is strongly inspired by the nature that surrounds them, in particular by the Dolomites, a mountain range in Italy. Their compositions tell stories of fantasy and mysteries of humanity, a romantic and enveloping soundtrack that will take you on a thrilling journey with cinematic flavor.

Mercury X “Imprisoned”

Mercury X is an outstanding progressive metal band hailing from Sweden. Mercury X’s music and sound takes inspiration from the early ’80s progressive metal bands as well as modern metal. The new album, “Imprisoned”, is based on their lives during the making of the album, taking the listener through different emotional stages with simple and beautiful melodies accompanied by rough riffs.

Black River “Crossover Love”

BLACK RIVER’s hard-hitting single ‘Crossover Love’ came together through the band’s shared anger at the state of the world; one in which people are starving, species are dying out, and in many places, there is nothing to breathe and yet the so-called civilization doesn’t care about anything other than earning money at all costs. ‘Crossover Love’ is ferociouswhilst not sacrificing melody and it drives BLACK RIVER into new territory.

BLACK RIVER features Tomasz ‘Orion’ Wróblewski (Behemoth) and Dariusz ‘Daray’ Brzozowski (Dimmu Borgir) and they are joined by Piotr ‘Kay’ Wtulich and Artur ‘Art’ Kempa (guitars) and vocalist Maciej Taff. BLACK RIVER are set to release their new album Generation aXe sometime in 2022.
