What is Keep It Rock?
Keep It Rock is a two hour rock radio show hosted by Scottish presenter/DJ Dunk MacKellar.
The show goes out across the world every week. Keep It Rock has a regular listener following and is growing and attracting more with every broadcast.
Dunk has regular features including listener participation teaser Relate The Rock and The Year That Rocked that devotes a section of the show each week to a particular year in rock music.

Relate The Rock is our wee fun feature on Keep It Rock where we play three tracks back to back that are connected in some way …. and you have to guess what the connection is.

The Inside Track is Dunks “meet the band” feature on Keep It Rock.

“It’s not an interview but the next best thing”

Dunk invites a band on the show to choose a couple of their own songs, tell us a bit about them, what influenced the tracks… what they are about, that kinda thing….. and also play a song by another artist that has influenced them in some way… maybe what gave them the desire to write and play music, inspiration for one of their songs or whatever.

The Year That Rocked on Keep It Rock With Dunk

Each week, Dunk will choose a year in music and play some of his favorite album tracks from that year. Dunk also shares snippets of useless info and stuff that happened in the chosen year like albums released, band formations, band splits…. maybe someone died, left a band joined another band… Secondly Dunk might run down the top ten singles from that year… just whatever … depends on what’s went down in the year really!
